Production-ready moulding tools with a verified process

Tingverken’s ambition is, and has always been, to deliver a production-ready concept of the absolute highest quality to our customers. This can include anything from product ideas, product designs, prototyping, tool design and test tools to complete production units with multi-cavity production moulds with a robot interface and related assembly and packaging equipment.
Testing and the verification of parts, moulding tools and various plastic materials is done internally by knowledgeable technicians in our own injection moulding department, as well as adjustments of process tolerances in the tools and adaptations for automation or packaging.

Since our whole production chain is ‘in house’, we have ample opportunity to avoid the most frequent problems associated with start-up, from a simple product idea to the completion of full-scale production delivered to the customer.

We are well aware of all of the regulatory requirements and ordinances associated with the production of medical devices in cleanrooms and in other environments, both in small scale and large-scale production.
